Yoga aims to unite the mind, body and spirit and brings an awareness of the body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the whole body more flexible and strong and helps you relax.

Pilates is primarily an exercise system developed to strengthen the whole body, concentrating on the core centre. It has similar benefits and effects as yoga, but has more emphasis on strength and flexibility than on relaxation and calming the mind.

Our Team of Yoga & Pilates instructors each bring their own individual approach and teaching practice through group classes and 1-1 private sessions.
